My partner went into the Three shop to ask where we can find TalkMobile shop. Nancy told us that the closest store is about 10mins drive. Nancy kindly asked if she can help. I explained my issue with calls. Nancy tested my phone and sim and it seems that it may be my phone has the issue. Nancy offered to go some of Three’s offer and found one perfect for me. She was wonderful, very clear and made the whole process so easy and simple for someone who is not good with technology.

Brilliant service all round
After getting the phone delivered the guys in store where great and helped me transfer all my data and answered all my questions. The initial sale that I was helped by David and then when I came in and Ryan helped me do my transfer. The whole store made me feel welcome and everyone was very friendly.
