Brilliant service from Crawley team
Brilliant service from the team at the Crawley branch.
We have been experiencing ongoing issues resolving our phone and broadband contracts. Each time we contacted customer services by phone, we spent a significant amount of time trying to get through and explain the situation, but unfortunately the issues remained unresolved.
We eventually visited the Crawley branch, where everything was resolved in under 10 minutes. The difference in service was excellent.
Many thanks to Mark and Ana for their efficiency and support in quickly sorting everything out.Ana and Mark are both credit to your company.

I had a problem with accessing both my mobile and broadband accounts and was unable to sort it out online. I decided to go in to the Crawley branch where I had the good fortune to be served by Lucy. I explained my problem and Lucy got straight on with sorting it out. Lucy was very patient, understanding, very helpful and polite. The problem was solved and corrected very quickly thanks to Lucy.
