Three St James Edinburgh
Visited the 3 store in St James Edinburgh after a subpar visit at my home store. Met Guvvy the assistant manager who after two minutes of conversation told me the phone I would probably buy, talked through the other options and was given the price breakdowns to go away with and think about. Returned two days later, at which point he remember the phone and got it all sorted without issue. On the second visit while everything was going through was talking to his team and they were all very friendly.

Great customer service
We were helped by the very funny and knowledgeable Sam. We went in just to have a browse and left with a new phone.
He was very good at giving a clear explanations of the different phone options, costs etc. I'd definitely go back there for any future purchases.

Outstanding Customer Service and Great Deals at Three UK
I had an excellent experience with Three UK. I originally purchased my first iPhone from this branch, and because of the great service I received, I decided to return again to buy a new iPhone for my wife.
A special thanks to Riya, who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. His friendly approach and willingness to help truly stood out.
I’m also very pleased with the contract deals offered by Three. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this store and their team for their excellent service.

I was in to upgrade my phone, not only did a get a great deal on a new handset Sam also helped me sort a better sim card deal that was more fitting to my needs.
Sam was extremely helpful explaining all the information, going through the new contract with all prices broken down.
