I am writing this review to highlight the absolutely stellar customer service I received from Fahim at Three.
From the very beginning of our interaction, Fahim was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in with a few complex questions regarding my account and upgrades, and instead of rushing me through the process, he took the time to listen to exactly what I needed.
Here is what made Fahim's service stand out:
Clear Communication: He broke down the contract details and pricing plans without any confusing jargon, making sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for.
