I had a really great experience at the Three Store thanks to Mark, the customer advisor. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in getting my SIM card back up and running. He also took the time to set up my phone properly, making sure everything was working perfectly before I left.
Mark went above and beyond with his customer service, and I really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and smooth.
Highly recommend visiting this store if you need help , especially if Mark is there!

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Switched my family’s 3 phone sims to 3, renewed my 3 WiFi contract and received wifi box, all in one sitting, with no fuss and all handled quickly and efficiently. Really good experience.
