Helpful Staff
Had my phone stolen recently but was out of contract. Amber and Tia got me set up with a new phone and contract and were very helpful in the circumstances. Also thanks to Grant who assisted with a sim card issue! All round good service.

Excellent service
My sim only contract was due to run out this month so I visited the Buchanan street store to see what deals I could get. Zobia was excellent and also got me a great WiFi deal with my contract. She was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Zobia!

Lee is an excellent sales consultant…
Lee is an excellent sales consultant and provided a great customer experience during my recent visit. He quickly understood my needs and offered several options to meet those needs, taking the time to clearly explain the key differences. He had strong product and service knowledge and was very friendly and professional. He ensured my device was setup and gave several opportunities to ask questions (of which there were none as he was so thorough in his explanations). The interaction was also quick and enabled me to catch my train on time. I’d shop here again based on this experience. Lee could be a sales trainer and share his knowledge and experience with other branches in the UK to improve the experiences in other branches.
