Poor customer service

Ordered upgrade at Glasgow Fort store on Sunday. I explained my phone kept freezing and I needed new phone urgently for work. Assistant manager offered to have phone delivered to store on the Tuesday. I phoned on the Tuesday afternoon to confirm as I had received message from DPD saying they would deliver to my home address. I was at work. Very rude and unhelpful girl answered and me feel like I was being a nuisance. I asked her to check with assistant manager who advised the phone was getting delivered to store. This did not happen. It was delivered to my home address and I missed the delivery. I contacted the store and spoke to Craig. He was dismissive, unhelpful and rude. Basically he blamed DPD for the mistake and told me to sort myself. Not the least bit interested and no trace of an apology or any kind of customer service.
