I came in store with an issue on my device and saw Dan who fixed it for me in no time at all and showed me what had happened and explained how to fix it if it happened again.

What an amazing experience today in the Hanley shop. Dan and Bari put me at ease straight away .My phone had died / broken . I was concerned about loosing my photos and details. I have had a problem with my device for a couple of weeks with spam adverts and viruses and didn't know where to turn. I came into the store and Dan fixed my issue in a few minutes and was very helpful. He explained using three discovery to tell me how to stay safe online so it doesn't happen again.

The service in the store was superb
The service in the store was superb. I came in with mobile unable to function on data for on line work. Dan was brilliant, he recommended an upgrade to my account and sorted the issue. Then he assisted in showing how to back up my contacts.
He was so helpful and understanding to a pensioner, we are not as tech savvy as young people, I have had great service from 3 for many years, that is why I have remained with this company.
