I came in store with an issue on my device and saw Dan who fixed it for me in no time at all and showed me what had happened and explained how to fix it if it happened again.

I bought a new contract from Bari on Monday and he was very helpful and professinal and found me a great deal. He said to go back if I ever needed help for discovery so I went bafk today and spoke to Dan who was super helpful and really nice and sorted out an issue.

Dan, wonderful customer service
I was having such a great deal of technical issues, but Dan from this branch was amazing. He was very helpful and supportive, and he did everything in his power to resolve my issue with consistent kind patience. My phone was due for an upgrade, as usual I returned to the 3 network. I received exceptionally good customer service from Dan. He went through all information about the phone I had chosen and all of the information on payment terms. Exceptionally happy with my shopping experience.
