Amazing customer service
When in Hastings store to sort out some billing issues.
I didnt get the name of the first guy who helped me but he was amazing, managed to get my bill down and made sure I had the right plan for what I needed.
I had to visit again a few days later and was served by the assistant manager of the hastings store and he was also brilliant.
The customer services in the store have always been amazing. Its part of the reason I've been with three for nearly 10 years.
