Really fast and knowledgeable service
Really fast and knowledgeable service. I walked in having an idea of what I wanted and went away with that. I was not pushed to get extras on top and all possibilities to help me save money were looked into. Very friendly service. Mujahid was so nice and I will be back again when I am ready to sort out a new phone

Best Mobile Phone Customer Service Ever!
I went in to speak to the folk at 3 with quite a substantial issue, that had been ongoing for two weeks. We were greeted by Ebony who immediately put me at ease. She then asked her manager Mark to join us because of the complexity of the issue. Between the two of them, the problem was swiftly resolved and we left extremely happy! I can hand on heart say that this was the best customer service we've ever received in any mobile phone shop. Thank you Ebony and Mark!
