I have been a customer with Three for over 20 years and recently went into store to upgrade my phone and contract. All went well and delivery expected and confirmed by DPD as 2 Mar. Took time off and waited in for delivery. Received email from DPD in the afternoon of 2 Mar that delivery would now be 4 Mar. Rearranged my life for receiving parcel on 4 Mar, to get an email on 3 Mar that it would be delivered today, 3 Mar. Contacted Three and the first customer advisor I spoke to was not interested. Couldn’t do anything to help or he wouldn’t contact DPD, as I have no way of contacting them. He tool it as a complaint then received an email from Three to say that my complaint had been closed and I would need to contact OFCOM. Cancelling my order and will go with another mobile phone provider.
