Zayd was fabulous and really made the experience of shopping for a phone enjoyable. I highly recommend seeing Zayd at the High Street Kensington branch if you need a new phone or upgrade!

Dan's great customer service
Dan, from the High Street Kensington branch, was resourceful, friendly and customer-focused. I came in with a question, and he gave me solutions and advice which was not only expert-led but impressive. He was consultative and friendly in his approach. I left the shop with a brand new iPhone and an upgraded plan, guess who helped me with that? I enjoyed my time at the 3 store, as Dan knew how to make me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchase decision. I would highly recommend, Dan, and wish him luck in the future.
