White rose Leeds branch is top class
Their Leeds white rose shop missold a plan and messed it up so bad that I did not get what was promised.
I have called -
Three - 5-6 times
Ingram - 2-3 times
Three Store - 2 times
On top of this I had visited the Three store (White rose) 3 times to sort the issue.
Three office says that the store made a mistake and they can't do anything.
Three keeps on asking their office, store and their in-house company called Ingram.
Advise -
Please be weary of Three White rose outlet. They are ripping customers with fraudulent deals.

Delightful service from Naz at Three
I was approached by a young lady in store who was very smiley and attentive. I had upgraded from my ZTE which I have had for 7 years. The lady in store helped me by setting up a new contract for me within my price range and transferred across all my information which I was worried that I would lose due to my phone being ancient. Naz also set me up on whatsapp to use whilst I am on holiday and I am intrigued to see how this will work as I do not usually explore new applications.

Worst business practices and the store teams are scamsters luring customers with false deals and promises.

I have called Three, Ingram more than 5 times since 17 Jan and have paid 3 visits to Three Store at White rose Leeds.
They send me back saying it will be resolved but when you call to check, nothing is done.
This has become an absolute JOKE.
YOUR SALES TEAM IS DOING FRAUD AND THE ENTIRE ESCALATION, COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS DELAYING THE RESOLUTION TO TRAP CUSTOMERS.
