I went into the shop and was helped by Roesina to set up a renewed contract for 5g broadband and 2 phone accounts. It was a bit complex, transferring the BB from the existing 4g and porting one of the phone numbers.
Roesina was SO helpful. She was patient, professional, and understanding. When the delivery of the router went pear shaped she was eager to help and got it all sorted out. She’s a valuable asset to Three.

After a visit to the 3 store in Wakefield where we had a very dissatisfying experience, we came to 3 White Rose where Roesina in literally 3 minutes sorted all our problems out.
She was helpful, diligent, patient and very understanding.

Fantastic customer service following bereavement
Came into store with my mother-in-law today with quite a complex account issue. We were dealt with by Naz who was fantastic, she spent over an hour assisting us and resolved all her issues. Very professional and kind service given, which was much appreciated.

LEEDS WHITE ROSE SERVICE
I have been with EE for a long time and they could not do anything to retain me as a longstanding customer. Naz made my experience absolutely amazing by tailoring deals to my need and listening to what I wanted. She also went the extra effort by transferring across all my data from a Samsung to Honor phone which I would have struggled with. She also went the extra mile to write down the whole deal and provided a breakdown of prices
