Staff Very arrogant
The lady at the counter was very helpful.
Her colleague was very arrogant and talking like he's a manager but no uniform and very bad attitude.
It felt like he was from another planet.
Poor customer service you get connected and they ask you for all your information and then you get disconnected.
They have no means to solve your issues.
Someone in India is taking the p...
If you go to a three shop and tell them the issue they still ask you to call the customer services to resolve your issue.
Take your business elsewhere.

Naz and Naheem were really helpful when upgrading my phone. They guided me through the prices and packages and compared different prices for me. I will always return back to this store as the service is always on point and I always come see Naheem.
