Super Quick and Easy!
Went in for help with Broadband and was helped out by Lewis. Really easy, quick process and explained all our options quickly. Didn’t upsell or try to give us the most expensive plan, just told us exactly what we needed. Super happy!

I had an absolutely brilliant experience at the Three store in Livingston Centre, thanks to Lewis and Sean! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and we had a proper laugh with some great banter throughout.
They went above and beyond to find me the best Black Friday deal, which was so good that I switched from Vodafone on the spot without a second thought. They explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and genuinely cared about getting me the best value.
If you’re looking for top-notch service, unbeatable deals, and a great chat while you sort out your mobile plan, I can’t recommend Sean and Lewis enough. Fantastic experience!

Great team and superb customer service!
First went into the store to discuss potential Sim Only deals, Richard was incredibly friendly, super helpful, not trying to force me into taking out a contract with them, just offering advice and their best deals.
Having shopped around at other phone companies we decided to go ahead with Three.
We then sat down with Kyle who again, was super friendly, helpful and sorted out contracts for myself and my partner. The whole process was speedy and super simple, couldn’t recommend more.
