We were having numerous issues for a long time with access and connectivity, a very big thanks to Three Oxford Street for thier ability to problem solved. The store manager Ali was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

After 3 months of ownership I had to write this review expressing my absolutely horrendous experience. I purchased a router for my household and had to get a second to even attempt to get some sort of decent connection. The experience of having these routers has been abysmal. Their routers are supposed to be reliable, however, it seems I cannot get a single connection whenever I need it ever, EVER. I am so disappointed in having to spend money for this trash. I enjoy playing video games and streaming and the router can't support either of these. I can't go a single match of any given game without having immense delay, lagging, or just straight up disconnecting. If anyone has ever felt this feeling, they would know how frustrating it is, and this has been ongoing for months now. I tried to watch the England match while being the only person in the household connected to the Wifi and I couldn't watch it without the resolution decreasing every few seconds. And for the cherry on top, when I go to the in person store as an attempt to find something more suitable for my needs, I am told I need to open a UK bank account or they cannot give me anything. Three UK makes it extremely difficult to do any sort of business with them and I am going to have to walk away from using any of their products, absolute disasterclass.

Nino was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Answered all my questions and fave me some information about my battery issue. Reminded me about so.e accessory deals in the store kindly. Thanks for the quickly and friendly service Nino.

Daoud provided my whole family with exceptional service. Having already received an excellent experience last year, I decided to come back to the Oxford Street Three store and specifically asked for Daoud to help us. We were told he was on his lunch break and there was 40 minutes left to wait. Though we had the option of working with another Three agent, we opted to wait for him. Ten minutes later, he strolled in. Even though he still had 30 minutes left on his lunch break, he said he didn’t want us to have to wait and insisted on helping us immediately. That desire to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide the highest level of service is commendable. Daoud was articulate and clear in explaining the options available to us, and his expertise in answering our myriad questions inspired much confidence. His naturally personable demeanour created an authentic rapport with my 22-year-old son. While waiting for the computer to update, Daoud chatted with my son about the upcoming football World Cup semi-final game between Spain and France. I have never seen my son more engaged with a salesperson! Even though we had not planned to update my 24-year-old daughter’s phone that day, Daoud provided such a positive buying experience that we decided to move forward with our daughter as well. She was very pleased. After winning over their parents last year, I suspect my son and daughter will now tell all their friends to go to Three too. Bravo, Daoud, on winning over the next generation of Three customers!
