I was having trouble with accessing the app and not having any joy with the automated systems. Kai in the Taunton store was fantastically helpful, nothing was too much trouble and when I went back 2 days later he ever remembered my name. He's the best thing about my 3 experience so far!

I currently been to Exeter Vodafone and they weren’t very helpful, come to three in Taunton and Hannah was fabulous looked at all the options to upgrade my phone and got the best deal! I would defo recommend coming here all the staff is friendly and was greeted by a nice member of staff and very quickly.

I visited the Three shop in Taunton and spoke to KAI who are after three days of no phone and poor telephone customer service managed to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes I would definitely recommend
