Brandon had previously helped my mum to upgrade her phone and couldn't have recommended him highly to me. For someone who hadn't changed their phone in a long time, Brandon answered all of my questions, moved me across from another provider and saved me money at the same time! Highly recommended!!

Change of Sim Card
I wanted to change the Sim card of my phone. I talked to person called Brandon who was very helpful. He explained the process and also suggested to take a better and cheaper deal which I took it. He also changed the sim card straightaway. Wonderful service and 5 stars?

New iPhone
Popped in to look at getting a new iPhone. I was immediately welcomed by Caleb who was kind, friendly and knowledgable! He was super patient with me and explored lots of different options. I never felt pressured or rushed. I had my 3 year old with me and this can be stressful but Caleb was really understanding and helpful, including my daughter in the conversation and making her feel grown up and the experience fun for her. We had to go round the houses a bit and not once did I feel like a nuisance. Very professional and a great experience! During this time I also met another staff member, Hannah, who was great. She was fun, friendly and has a great sense of humour. She was chatty to me and my daughter whilst we were waiting for things. My little one ended up running into the corner of the counter and hitting her head. Hannah was so kind and caring, made sure we were ok and cheered her up with a chocolate bar! To make it even better she found my daughter some free crayons and paper to colour, she was over the moon! Great team, professional, kind and relaxed. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
