5 stars are for the store staff only and not a reflection of three as a company from which I wouldn't recommend for anything other than pay as you go due to the service call centres. The three male staff in the store bent over backwards to help me. I haven't had kindness and help like that in years. I am physically disabled and a staff member not dealing with me directly yet got up out of his seat and brought it to me as he could see I was struggling standing. They are a credit to Three and even after my issues which they did everything to try to fix, far beyond a level of customer service I have ever had, I still came back for a pay as you go unlimited SIM due to the service I got rather than washing my hands of Three entirely after 12 years as a customer.

The Management and staff of Three shop in Wakefield are so helpful, friendly and informative. Saturday 11/04/2026 my wife decided to upgrade her phone. She had been a customer of 02 for many years, but didn't like their prices for phones and airtime.
I have been a customer of Three from day one and receive nothing but friendly open advice, no pressure just good solid advice based on my needs and pricewise and convinced my wife to try Three.
Having forgotten her ID we returned yesterday and received a warm welcome and great service and had a laugh with both crew members.
My wife was impressed with the service she received, the price she was offered for her Samsung Galaxy S20, yep 6yrs old and valued at £17 by others, yet received a whopping £227 from Three reducing her monthly bill substantially.
Jane is now the proud owner of a Google Pixel 10 Pro and will continue for many years with Three.
Ps I'm so jealous cos I've to wait until next September for my upgrade.
