Friendly, professional and easy to talk to
Adam couldnt have been anymore helpful than he was. He went above and beyond and made it easy to understand our options. We didnt feel pressured into making any decisions. You can see why Adam is the store manager.
We will make sure to ask for him for any future tehc needs.

Great deals, super friendly
Adam was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in store and how to get the best deals!
I was so close to leaving three for GiffGaff when I found a good deal with them but Adam managed to get me an even better deal!

Excellent service
Went into store today with my daughter to renew my phone sim contracts on my business account. We were assisted by the store manager who firstly offered my daughter a tablet to play on whilst she waited. Which I thought very considerate.
He asked if she had a tablet to which I replied no as she had a phone . I did however say that I was starting a new course and had been trying to decide whether to go with a tablet or laptop . I explained I wanted something just for my coursework and completely separate from my apple account . He disappeared saying he had the perfect option and returned with a pad and keyboard set up. He managed to get me a great deal on all my phone contracts and the new pad. He couldn’t have been more helpful and even managed to get my three app working which I haven’t been able to access forever!!
Will definitely be returning to the store again if I need anymore assistance.
