5-Star Support Experience

I want to sincerely thank the Ticket Fairy support team for their outstanding assistance. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional in helping me arrange accessible seating for my brother, who is a wheelchair user, at the CS2 Major in Budapest.

Special thanks to Cynthia and Del, who showed genuine care and went above and beyond to help us. Their support was not only efficient but also compassionate, which made a huge difference for us. They took the time to understand our situation and guided us through every step with clarity and patience.

Thanks to their help, my brother and I will be able to enjoy this amazing event together

Loved Ticket Fairy over the years with…

Loved Ticket Fairy over the years with their low fees and ease of use.
Also love all the promos they do and how quickly I got my refund for my ticket after the event.
Loved Locus festival and how accessible it is for people all over the world to attend. Will definitely be going next year. Please keep it going! Appreciate all the hard work!

My experience was an absolute disaster

My experience was an absolute disaster. The concert was canceled, and since then, it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. The ticket company seems to know very well how to take your money, but not how to give it back. All I’ve received are empty promises, delays, and excuses — but no refund. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this is just a scam. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

Locus 2025 was soul healing…

Locus 2025 was a soul healing experience! Making beautiful connections with fellow lovers of all that is drum and bass sharing experiences with artists and punters in the most beautiful location. The incredible line up, the loving energy from everyone. So much joy. This is what working hard in life is all for. Thank you so much to Rit, Bee & the Locus Team for what you have created. Excellent response and actions

I bought 3days pass but I changed my mind to get 4 days pass. I emailed them if I can change. They replied very quickly and gave me the instruction what to do. And they proceeded the refunds quickly too. I'm so pleased and impressed about your quick response and the actions. Excellent service!

Very helpful and efficient customer service!

I have purchased two tickets by mistake for a CS Major (first purchase came back as an error but the payment went through nevertheless so I ended up with two tickets instead of the one that I intended to purchase). Despite they have no refunds on their website, customer service understood my situation and proceeded to cancel the additional ticket and issued a refund. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Thank you!
