Fast and understanding

I purchased tickets for the wrong section, and I also had to correct myself again even in the help request for mixing up the sections.
However, the support immediately understood the issue, and helped me resolve it in a record time 7 hours. I'm very thankful.

The Support Team did an excellent job…

The Support Team did an excellent job answering my questions, and helping me. Not only did they come back with the answer in a short period of time, but the effort they put into their response is undeniable. Absolutely top notch customer service! Thanks oyu!

Did NOT provide goods of service for JuicyFest. Didn't even bother trying to reach out to me to resovle the problem even though I emailed more than enough times. Thats slack asf. Yall need to up your kēmu, cause yall aint it

Dont deserve 1 star

Chased the money promoting JF tickets right up to cancellation.

Circulated information on behalf of JF organisers. Knowing a pattern was forming i.e

Artists line ups were changing, ticket prices were being reduced and in the background licenses hadn't been secured as at Oct 2024. Lots of evidence online.

TF shared cancellation and refund information on behalf of JF knowing that consumers who purchased into their ticket refund programme would not be able to claim due to the cancellation clause.

Given TF passed the ticket sale proceeds to JF company before the event. No doubt securing their commission first. TF didnt have the funds any way for claims.

Customer centred service for event organizers but not purchasing comsumers.

Rationalizing practice with no accountability or integrity.

Do not recommend!

TF DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR!!!

Lost $470 due to cancelled timeless…

Lost $470 due to cancelled timeless summer tour. Understood tour went into liquidation however as ticket sellers they need to be able to be held accountable and should be able repay ticket holders if an event is cancelled, very disappointing

Dodgy practices…

Lost $$$ from a cancelled concert supposedly because ticket fsiry pass the money straight on to organisers, but from what I have seen on reddit and other posts, ticket fairy delay paying promoters etc as long as possible too! Sounds like dodgy practices all around

$950 lost due to this ticket operator…

$950 lost due to this ticket operator collecting the funds and passing all proceeds to the promoter before the said event. All funds collected for such events should by law have to hold in Trust account until the show has been held, then released to the promoter. Ticketek do just that and have just announced that all customers who purchased for the NP concert will receive a full refund. I will never purchase again using Ticket Fairy. Do not recommend!
