Sucky Processes, NO HELP!

We're absolutely NO help during the refund process for the NZ canceled Juicy Fest! Told us to be patient, a refund is coming, then hello, Juicy Fest NZ are in Liquidation. Shady af processes, helped Juicy Fest NZ be shady af as well!

Timeless Summer - Juicyfest…

I have given 1 star as there wasn't an option for less. Among the thousands of now non-attendees for Timeless Summer concerts I realise ticket fairy are only the ticketing agency and not the promoter -- but - surely they should have criteria for the promoters they represent to ensure they have the necessary financial ability to pull these events together. TF's rep will be affected from fallout and also sales for forward events booked through here. Can't believe they don't hold the ticket money in trust as other agencies do to safeguard purchasers. I know you couldn't have predicted this but it may be time you reviewed your processes TF.

Don't trust them

They run away when it all goes pear shaped and the event gets canceled, happy to take your money though then blame others. 👎👎👎👎

Can't be trusted

Unfortunately they don't follow thier own policies and give ticket money to promoters before concert is viable and then no longer have the money to refund tickets when promoter cancels concerts.

Disappointing.

I used Ticketfairy to purchase 2x VIP tickets with ticket protection for Juicy Fest Christchurch. The process to take my money was very smooth and easy with all the standard fees. However, after the cancelation of this concert, the process to get my money back has been far.from smooth or easy and all because Ticketfairy did not follow correct procedures in releasing ticket funds for the event. Poor communication and unable to use the ticket protection was very disappointing.

Would never recommend Ticket Fairy

Would never recommend this company when purchasing tickets for anything. Had nothing but problems since Juicy fest was canceled, ticket fairy sent our hard earned money straight to the organizers of the festival, all ticket protection purchases etc all for nothing. Very quick to take our money but hear absolutely nothing about my money after the festival was canceled, now juicy fest is in liquidation. Go figure

Juicy Fest…

Did a payment plan for Juicy Fest Wellington through them which was cancelled and they would not take any action at all to help get my money back for a refund. Just emailed "on behalf of Juicy" talking absolute bull about being patient and that we would get our refunds, many emails saying the same bs and 3 months later still no help or refund! Stay clear of this company because if an event gets cancelled you won't get your money back through them.

Not helpful at all

Not helpful at all, doesn't hold money in a trust just gives it straight back to the person who's organising the event so in the occurrence that a gig doesn't go ahead they can't give you your money back. Although they gladly take it 😂

SCAMMERS !!!

If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star. They are actually legally obliged to hold funds for tickets in case of events such as cancellation. I.e Juicy fest Nz 2025 and Timeless tour. They however have not done this so when both events were cancelled abruptly we the consumers and ticket buyers were never refunded !! Don’t recommend buying tickets through them everrrrr!!! Do t waste your time and money people
