I’ve used TicketTree again because my last experience was great so used them to book a weekend away for my sister and her husband for a special birthday, again the service was great, plenty of fab hotels to choose from which was close to the theatre they were watching the show at. The Ibis Kensington was close to what they needed and close the the tube so made getting around easy so they could explore all parts of London over the weekend. Quick confirmation emails and always trust TicketTree to book the hotel and theatre which they offer and send the voucher over email. Will be definitely using them again.

Cannot fault this company! I booked the wrong date and time and they did everything to change it..! Nothing was a problem.. would highly recommend and I will use them again.. so grateful for such a great weekend x

I would definitely recommend TicketTree,com, I booked tickets to see The lion King with overnight stay. The hotel, Amba Charing Cross is less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and literally next to Charing Cross tube station, The hotel was excellent, we got a free up grade, the room and facilities, including breakfast were of a high standard,
Lion King was fabulous, excellent seats all in all it was a perfect trip,
Ticket Tree emailed the day before travelling to update on London transport, tube and rail works that weekend, which I thought was a nice touch,
I would definitely book with them again.

A great website ,extremely quick and easy to book theatre and hotel , great service tickets ready and waiting at the theatre , hotel superb but in all we have used ticket tree a couple of times and it is a fantastic company that makes your mini break all stress free and it feels really personal , i have and will recommend anybody to use this company because it's great ,thank you

We have used TicketTree a few times to visit London and go to a theatre. The deals were excellent, the seats have been fine and we have stayed in lovely hotels. Seems like a good reliable company.

The service we got was first class we took the company choice of hotel.ANd we had first class service from the hotel.also when we got to the show tickets were ready and again service first class we will be using this company again

Bought theatre tickets and a hotel break for my daughter as a Christmas present, can’t fault the process or service

I used TickeTree.com to arrange a family theatre trip to London for my mothers 70th Birthday. We booked and paid a deposit in May 2017 and paid the remaining balance 1 month before travel in November. Excellent, friendly, tailored customer service was provided throughout all of the contact I had with the Ticketree team when arranging this booking. Special mention must go to Phil, who I feel went above and beyond his duties to help ensure we had a fabulous time and my mum had a memorable birthday.
The hotel (Ibis Styles Kensington) was very nice and ever so conveniently located to the tube station. Likewise, the seats we had for our evening performance of Mamma Mia were very well positioned and at a reasonable price too. All in all, a wonderful trip away and we are already considering our next booking with TickeTree.

Everything as advertised, was an easy and nice experience.

II phoned to ask a question,and the Lady kept
Putting me on hold,I would start a conversation with her and all of a sudden,Sorry got to put you on hold,this went on 3-5 times,so Fed up with by now,I just hung up and didn't think much to the customer service at all.

I used Tickettree.com to book a birthday theatre break for my 9 year old daughter. The service was fantastic and the hotel and seats were both amazing. We had an incredible time and for a very good price. Will defo use them again! Thank you Ticket Tree for an awesome weekend!
