Zero support
No support over Christmas and New Year period with servers down and not able to control devices. Software is buggy at best of times but right now totally useless.
Avoid Timeguard WiFi switch's
Our Timeguard WiFi switch has been off line for several days now, I have E-mailed their support desk and I am getting the following responce. "Our Offices are now closed for Christmas and will respond to your email on our Return on 2nd January 2025." This is the second time we have had an out of service issue that has lasted for several day's (March 2023). I could not recommend their WiFi switch products to anyone.

This just shows why we should not rely on app only systems alone I'm afraid.
Going to be changing mine for a manual electric timer with wifi access to avoid this in future. It ridiculous this company has allowed the server to be down for so long causing others to manually turn on their water or heating systems. Sort out your technical issues TG more quickly as it is not acceptable for the system so many rely on to be down for days with no notification from yourselves.

I use TimeGuard/SupplyMaster WiFi spurs to control heating and hot water. The server has been down for a couple of days. I noticed when I woke up a few days ago and the place was cold and there was no hot water.
TimeGuard don’t have any technical support staff on call. In fact, no-one bothered to change the answerphone message! Phoning at around 8.20, the message said they’d be open at 8am with no mention of a holiday shutdown.
Totally unprofessional. I’ll be replacing the TimeGuard stuff with something that is properly supported.

I'm adding my voice to the outrageous circumstance of servers being down for days with no support available. That might be ok for peripheral electricals but not for heating! In winter! Please sort this out.

Fortunately I have been able to switch on my water heater timer manually the past few days whilst I wait for TG to sort out the wifi connection problem.
I noticed this evening (31st Dec approx 6.25pm) that the blue light on my timer had stopped flashing.
Unfortunately the app is still not working. Perhaps work in progress? 🤞

Server and app still unavailable - and no response from customer service line. Eventually made contact via LinkedIn but we still have no hot water !!! Would not recommend mainly due to unreliability and lack of customer care

This timer was bought to assist my wife…
This timer was bought to assist my wife as she is disabled. When it works, it's OK. System has been down for days. She is unable to get hot water or to press the overide. Shocking level of service. We will never, ever buy this again. Woefully inadequate support.

Please provide some support - I now have complaints coming in from guests as I have your product controlling heating. Please reset your servers - we all need a holiday - but we all depend on your servers so it needs to be supported. Really disappointing

Systems and support lines are not monitored on bank holidays, weekends or the Christmas break. Meaning any issues might not be looked at for 1 week plus.
Unable to recommend these products until their support structure improves drastically.

No working heaters for days - Happy new year
No working heaters since late night on the 27th!! I'm currently recovering from surgery and I have arthritis. So, alongside living in a very cold property, it's affecting my health. My sister had to go and purchase me a plug-in electric heater but they are not great. They are also more expensive to run! These wifi heaters are convenient when they work but when that blue light starts flashing, there is nothing you can do.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TG - My plans have now been cancelled.

Server down over Xmas24 and company doing hee-haw about it while they're all on holiday, and they're obviously not daft enough to use Timeguard switches in their own holiday homes, or someone would have noticed by now...

Whilst the WiFi spur units seem well built this lack of support is wholly unacceptable for a product of this price. An occasional blip can be understood but days of server down time is ridiculous and and shows complete disregard for your customers.
Service is off line over Christmas
Service is off line over the entire Christmas/new year 24/25 as is the company and support line. I guess that means they won’t realise they switched the server off until Jan. So annoyed I chose their product to control the room temperature at remote locations. Now I have a 200 miles trip to organise to sort out the problem they have caused.
