A friendly, helpful team who go above and beyond to help, from choosing the correct size storage container to accommodate your goods to the seamless process of moving in. They make you feel at home very quickly. I can't praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Bridgend area. Lorraine

Professional friendly advisors who supported me through every stage of my first venture into storage.
Cost of storage very reasonable with discounts offered for 1st 3months in my case.
Container and its environment very clean and compact. A variety of lifting equipment available in good working order to unload.
Access to property using their remote access system for out of hours was easy to use and efficient.
Nothing was too much trouble to arrange with the help of Tyrone. All paperwork was online and user friendly for a mature person to navigate.i.e. myself

I recently used Titan in Leamington Spa and the service I received was excellent. Both Pete and Patryk were extremely helpful and friendly. I wish to thank Patryk in particular, who went out of his way to help on more than one occasion and should be commended. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Harley from Woking branch exceeded my expectations when he called to check in with me at 11pm when I was having issues with accessing the building after hours. Titan storage is an excellent facility to store your belongings. It's very secure and tidy and excellent safe access even out of hours with your own pin code. Tyrone was very helpful and professional. Could not have asked for more.

I used titan storage for only a couple of months due to an unexpected house move . The whole situation regarding the move was extremely stressful but Tyrone helped immensely with the transition into the storage units . Not only did they give an amazing discount to help me out but each time I’d turn up exhausted and deflated with more furniture. He would offer a cozy chair and a brew in the office for a little rest break. Literally can’t fault any of the guys at Titan as they were all super helpful and accommodating.
The space itself was clean and dry and also secure , all of my belongings were well and truly safe there.

I used Titan Self Storage Telford to store my furniture during a house move. This is a time when all you need is someone to take some of the stress out. Tyrone was super helpful, and he did everything he could to make the experience as stress-free as possible. The place itself is clean and the units are easily accessible.

Used Titan storage for 2+ years, great experience from beginning with front desk offering a greal deal that suit me for the time and always being helpful with any inquiries and feel welcomed. They have undergo unit expansions over the years which shows the great work they do.

Used Titan for a 3 month temp fix and it ended up being 9 months! Really tidy and secure location with ample storage at very reasonable price. Thanks to Tyrone for always being super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend using Titan Storage.

I work for a company that stored its paper files with Titan for several years. Unfortunately, we had to terminate our contract due to a requirement to destroy most of the stored files.

The off-boarding process was seamless, and the store manager was extremely helpful throughout. Based on this positive experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Titans and I would certainly use their services again in the future if the need arises.

Tyrone Claw at the Halesfield depot was brilliant. Could not of asked for better service. Titan storage are alot cheaper than others in the region.

Moving house is always a stressful time and the last thing I wanted was any complications. At first I picked a storage unit that was too small, I'm not your average hoarder, but Tyrone came to my rescue and changed the unit without any bother. During my time storing 'ma-stuff' Tyrone was a great help if I had any questions, sure would have been there to help with any issues too, but fortunately there where none! :-)

so heres whats the deal,
i went to titan storage to get well, storage duh...

and Tyrone was the man! he helped me get the right storage size and was super helpful, was very thoughtful of my phyiscial disability riding the elevator with us, and repeated things when i struggled to follow just from my body language [didnt need to tell him i didnt follow he read me well great observation skills], and all with no negative body language or tone,

super friendly and was happy to help me meet my storage needs.
