Irish Sirloin Wagyu
One of the wagyu sirloin steaks were quite small and had a strip cut across it. Quality of the Irish steaks is ok. Haven’t tried the other ones yet

Beautiful looking rib eye steaks
Beautiful looking rib eye steaks, individually packed and ready for the freezer for consumption over the next few weeks. Fortunately a neighbour alerted me to the fact that the courier had just dumped it on the doorstep without any attempt to even knock on the door. I have raised this with DPD but no response as yet.

Good quality meats, easy delivery.
Ordered the BBQ box and an extra set of st Louis pork ribs.
The quality of the meat is very good, came out of the barbecue exactly as I wanted it.
Delivery is easy, you can pick a day and it arrives on time. Packaging is good and the included ice packs keep the meats nice and cold.

Good service, great meat
When we have any special occasion we order our meat from Tom Hixson, we have never had poor service or any quality issues. Again the order we had for Easter was excellent, the beef was full of flavour and tender. We feel it is great value and now trust them to deliver quality meat and will continue to use.

Was not clear that frozen items will thaw in transit. A whole rack of lamb ribs gone to waste
