There was a slight issue with the delivery (nothing to do with Tim Hixson) and the team were amazing helping me resolve the situation. Fantastic to see a place where the customer service is as excellent as the meat (which is top quality by the way!)

Ade was incredibly helpful! They were friendly and welcoming, remaining patient with me. They took the time to understand my issue and the pricing and range of services.

Great Service
I have ordered a few times now. A few glitches were sorted out promptly and the team are excellent. The quality of the food is excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. We will use again.
If the packaging could be improved to sustain cold temperatures for longer that would be a great feature. I know this is being looked into.
