Just ordered off these for the first time, a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews. Ordered Bank Holiday Monday, not expecting my order to be dealt with so efficiently, DPD tried to deliver on Wed and Thurs, out at work and unable to leave with a neighbour. Phoned to see if they could change to allow, to be told it would now be returned and monies refunded..end of phone call. Phoned again and spoke with Steph in sales, who sorted it out for a replacement to be sent to a different address today. Steph you are a credit to the company, best customer service received for a very long time...Geoff you need to learn from your colleague, she resolved the issue straightaway.

I ordered the wrong cartridge by mistake. Ok, my error. But they refused to exchange or refund because I’d opened the box before I found out. The box was not sealed and could have been closed again. So, £50 down the drain. Their ‘returns policy’ is a disgrace. Avoid.

I had a problem with two hp cartridges, talked to Steph and she could not have been more helpful. Told me to do a print out of usage and send it to her. Got replacements FOC and sent faulty ones back for her to deal with with regards to her supplier (hp). Thank you Steph.

Arrived quickly. Not used yet as I bought them as back up. Last ones still going well with no issues unlike other replacement brands.
