Created an account & tried to make a purchase using PayPal, no email confirmation was received. I was then unable to log into my account even though the details I was entering were correct. Seconds later I had a call from the apparent fraud team stating that my card had been declined and asking me to verify lots of details then hung up - the number is showing as a scam online so perhaps avoid this website.

Said 1-2 day delivery. Item in-stock. Took weeks to deliver. I contacted them, they responded saying it would be late. I said if it would be late, then cancel, cause I need it fast. They didn't respond so I had no idea if they were cancelling or not. Recieved today, 2 weeks late and 5 days after the estimate provided by support

Delivered to Croatia within couple of days. Very good price for Canon printer G3430.

Super service. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Wednesday by DHL Express. Good communication throughout. Competitive price for Canon 540 ink cartridge……including free delivery.

I place my order a week ago it was saying it will take 2 working days which i never received.
I've sent two email's not receive any reply yet i will wait for two more days to see what they going to do.
Looks very bad customer service.

I placed an order which never arrived. When i phoned customer services they stated they didnt have my order in the system. they had taken my money and also send an order confirmation with a number. it took over 3 weeks to get a refund and not once did customer services respond to my emails or return my calls meaning i had to constantly chase them. very very poor business

I placed an order with these rip-off merchants last night, only to find it had been cancelled this morning because they wanted to put their prices up! Absolutely shameless waste of my time, now I've got to check Paypal to make sure I've been refunded.

No issues at all, was worried having read the reviews but the cartridges arrived from Germany in less than 24 hours with no additional fees. Couldn't get them anywhere else at this price. Will use again.

Cartridge ordered and delivered within 3 days. Works beautifully and represented a saving of over £200 had I purchased a genuine replacement. Delivered while we were out on a wet day and the delivery driver found a safe dry place to leave it. Great service.

I called customer services in the morning to check stock levels (as the last time I ordered from them the website said there was stock, but the item was never n stock).

They informed me there were 50 items in stock.

So I placed my order and was expecting the toner to be dispatched that day.

Next day, no sign of any notification that the item had been dispatched. So I called customer services to see why it hadn't been dispatched, as there were 50 items in stock.

The lady told me that the UK customer service cannot check stock levels. She said my order is likely to ship later that day.

Two days later I get an email saying the toner is out of stock. So I requested a refund (by email).

I was told I can't get a refund as the item has now shipped (yet it is out of stock).

The lady said just refuse it when it is delivered.

You have probably guessed by now, it never arrived.

Eventually, I get an email saying that they are having difficulties in delivering items to where I live and I can have a refund. I confirmed by email I definitely wanted the refund.

3 weeks after placing my order and one week after requesting a refund no sign of it anywhere.

I suspect my refund will be made 30 days from when I placed my order.

If you are thinking of ordering from TonerPartner.co.uk, just be aware that when things go wrong it takes ages to get it sorted out.

Everything is done correctly and well within the time you said - what more could you ask for

I ordered toner waste cartridge as my regular suppliers were out of stock. It took a few days longer than I was used to with my suppliers and so I was worried and checked the reviews. Some were saying it was a scam. So I called the number and spoke to Mr Sean Turner who was consoling and tracked the parcel and I received it the next day. It is definitely not a scam and I would recommend the site to anyone

Ribbons delivered very promptly and worked perfectly , tried these compatibles for the first time , probably will not go back to genuine Epson again if they continue to work so well. Excellent service very happy we found Tonerpartner.

UK suppliers did not have the Lexmark waste toner bottle [due to shipment problems]. I Googled the next day using the item number [rather than printer model] and TonerPartner appeared saying 'By Wipando' rather than 'By Google'. On completing the order online, I awaited the confirmation email but it did not arrive. Contacting Customer Service and sending a screenshot of my bank account payment, they did quickly confirm my order was OK and the Order number. 3 days later (Sunday) DHL emailed to say item was on its way [from Germany]; ETA 7 days later but actually arrived 2 days later [11 am]. So all was fine but lack of confirmation email and despatch notice (as is usual from UK sellers). Also used a large outer box when item was boxed with lots of bubble wrap inside so wasteful.
