Good customer service response
Ordered ink cartridges just prior to learning they wouldn't work in my printer but an email to customer services quickly sorted this so well done. Might want to check info on product though.

Do not use Toner Partner
I ordered an emergency toner because my usual supplier couldn't send it. The order with Tonerpartner said it would be with me on October 18th. I am still waiting. I would not recommend them in any circumstance. I have had no reply to an email sent on 19th October requesting a refund. Do not use this company for deliveries to the UK.

Toner card does not work
Toner card does not work.
Toner & toner card arrived but the toner card was not recognised by the printer. I asked for a new card to be sent, but instead just got sent a DHL shipping email to return the products. Not even an email from the company to explain they weren't prepared to send out a new card!

You need to tell your carrier We don't all speak German!
Just arrived via Parcel force and not the carrier I was told would deliver. Took longer than indicated to arrive and the original carriers link was to a site in Germany, not helpful for those of us not living in and fluent in the German language. Not helpful trying to find out where a late delivery has got to.
