Quick delivery of a genuine product and competitive pricing, Recommended

Excellent service and the toner I wanted quickly. One star off as I didn't get a confirmation email so wasn't sure if my order had gone through but support was prompt and helpful.

The item hasn’t arrived still, despite being urgently needed.

Very hard to find toner, good price and very quick delivery. We shall be ordering all out toner from this company.

Ordered from a .co.uk website with a uk phone number - order dispatched from Germany so ended up having to pay customs duty on the order - they offered a refund, once the parcel had got back to them (minimum 20 days from parcelforce) but needed the order asap - couldnt afford to wait - just beware that they despatch from Germany so you may end up paying customs duty

AVOID !! Absolutely rubbish. No toner received - complete fraudsters, no refund either £70 wasted and we are a charity

I liked the e-mail link to the site which showed my previous order making it easy to just click on it for a repeat cartridge. The cartridges arrived very quickly and at a very good price compared with other suppliers. They also kept me informed as to the progress of my order. I will use them again.

Be aware; this .co.uk vendor is in fact in Germany and shipment from outside the UK attracts Customs Duty & VAT. Our £600 order was held up for a week and only released on receipt of £128 UK duty.
Any item of £135 or more will get levied. It isn't random and the suppliers weak explanation by email "I can confirm that customs fees are only applied so some of our orders we are unable to know which orders will be charhed.

We can only advise you to refuse the payment and your order will be refunded as soon as we get it back into our ware house.

Unfortunately if you still require the order, you will either need to fulfil the payment to DHL or reorder."

When purchased was not told about the extra charge I would have to pay for releasing the product. Had to pay an additional charge of £75 for my released something to do with the tax. So I won’t be using this seller again would recommend not to use as seller doesn’t clearly state the extra charge to be paid by the buyer.

Con artists.
Sold us toners, charged us for them, then told us, that the toners are no longer available and they will refund us...
2 weeks later we are still chasing them for our money...
