The parcel was supposed to be delivered today and a lazy drive never attempted to deliver and lied that I was not home. I am working from home and my office desk and next to the door. Nobody came I am certain about that. Now I can’t have my parcel and I don’t know when they will attempt a new delivery. Sorry but your courier partner is just trash.
I am unable to honor an order because of this lazy driver. I am really not happy. Also I contacted them and they promised me to send the driver back but nobody came.

Somewhat confused to receive a notification from DHL on Wednesday saying my item had been delivered but handed to another person. The phone number given by Tonerpartner was invalid, so I could not make an inquiry. When I checked the following day, DHL's site said it had no information as yet about my parcel, even though the previous day it said it had been delivered. My package finally arrive on Friday - delivered by Parcel Force - in a cardboard box far too big, torn open and falling apart.

I still haven’t received my order ! 2 weeks now !!!

Unfortunately I never received the order. I had to email 3 times to find out what was happening. We are in the process of getting a full refund but it has been inconvenient not receiving the goods. I'm not sure if the error lies with the delivery company

Order not arrived. Ordered on a Tuesday and following Monday nothing.

Extremely cumbersome service. Repeated malfunctions of a product after payment are suddenly out of stock. Or after shipping and receiving the products I receive an email that I have not yet paid. At the same time I used to pay for something strange in this company.

Good product, well priced and promptly despatched. Have now used several times with consistently good results.

i have tried the ink which they say is the epsom make and genuine but when i tried it the black ink did not work printer saying not epsom ink tried getting in touch
with tonerpartner to no avail
