Easy to find printer type and to order cartridges. Fast delivery.

Have not received our toner.
Failed to provide tracking either.
Saying oh its with DHL is a fat lot of use.

Delay in delivery when arrived wrong one. Rang, you asked for a photo sent to you immediately. No acknowledgement have sent another email asking if you received photo nothing back. Meanwhile I am without ink.

I ordered from a .co.uk website with an expected delivery of 2 to 3 days, as published on their website. I got worried when they sent me an email saying your item should be with you now, so I replied and got nothing. I emailed the following day but still got no reply. 6 days later I rang and after being on hold for a while I got to speak to someone who seemed a little complacent and unapologetic about it all. His response was to tell me that it's coming from Germany and they have requested a tracking number, oh and brexit could be the reason for the delay. He had no response to me mentioning that's why I ordered from a UK website, and asking why they left me hanging by failing to communicate any of this to me. To quote him direct 'It should be there this week sometime'. Not a very reassuring response at all.

There was no follow up from them as requested and when it finally arrived it was over 8 days after I'd ordered it, and was delivered to the wrong address!

If I'd ordered from somewhere else I would have had it sooner and may have been delivered by a more competent courier.

My order has not arrived yet as your mail suggests. Maybe only ask for feedback after confirmation of delivery.

Difficult to find toner at the moment due to the European transit problems, but Tonerpartner were able to provide and quickly.

Did not realise this was a non UK based company when buying and only saw they are German when email receipt arrived so was worried about postbrexit post delays and additional charges. Did not need to worry. Ink arrived quicker than some UK companies and no extra p&p. Cheaper and quicker than buying from many UK based companies. Will definitely buy from this company in future. Highly recommended.

I didnt receive my order yet. I have sent 2 emaiks to custmers service and had no answer. I have no idea what has happend to my order.

I wrote a review earlier on buying a replacement ink from my Photosmart A636, which turned out horrible. As I was not happy with the product, I asked for a refund only to be asked the same question over and over again.

I have been contacted by the customer service and my money fully refunded. I thank Tonerpartner for their understanding and look forward to a more favourable relationship with them in the future.

I placed one order which is ok then tried to do a second order to send to a different address but i couldn't put in a further address so got fed up with faffing about and placed order with another supplier. This was despite toner partner sending several emails asking if i was having problems with ordering. Sent them message letting them know of my problem but absolutely no response

Arrived on Sat night.Big box?

Easy to use website, great search facility, good prices and simple check out. Delivery came on time, delivery by DHL. Would recommend for sure
