Reliable service, beautiful flowers
I'm originally from the Netherlands but moved to the USA in 2009. In the last 11 years I have used topbloemen.nl often for birthdays, holidays, and other events. I haven't had a poor experience yet! All deliveries have always been on time, and the flowers always look beautiful. I definitely recommend using them.

The delivery was made very late on the day
The delivery was made very late - at the end of the day. While technically correct, most florists when getting a same day extra payment check in for a preferred time slot . If I had known it would be so late, I would have ordered to another address.I would have liked an option to know the time slot.
I have ordered second time here and am not sure if I am reassured to order again.

Pretty and timely delivered
The bouquet received was really nice, got the medium size the only comment I would say that there were not that much more sunflowers maybe more green leaves.
Ordered in the morning and delivered mid-afternoon that was perfect!

The bouquet was nice and fresh but considerably smaller compared to the images shown - despite having ordered the XL-version! I've been ordering from Topbloemen for years but will be switching after multiple disappointing bouquets.

Flowers delivered - free of charge
I am correcting a previous negative review that I wrote.
Ordered flowers and chocolates - they ran out of chocolates so they delivered only the flowers, free of charge (returned all the money).
Due to comunication misunderstanding and late delivery (understandable given Corona circumstances), I assumed they canceled the order all together (hence the negative review) and ordered another bouquet.
The reciever ended up getting the two bouquet and was very happy.
