Bad quality
Some flowers were already hanging when my mom received them. Their quality was really bad and the bouquet didn´t look nearly as nice as the picture. Don´t recommend this flower service.

This time a bad experience
As every Mother’s Day my son sends me flowers with top bloemen.nl. He ordered this time the XL flowers so he expected a very beautifully bouquet of flowers to be delivered. As he saw the picture a send him he couldn’t be leave the little bit I reserved. To of the flowers lost leaves the day they arrived.
Please check the florist you work with!

Horrible service
Horrible service! I paid extra to have my order delivered at a certain date. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been delivered. I have tried to contact them, however I haven’t heard back as to why my order hasn’t been delivered. It has been such a poor service for not even updating your customers about their order. I am still waiting for the delivery to happen.
A very disappointed customer that ordered all the way from Canada!

The flowers were beautiful
The flowers were beautiful, all fine, except the essential. The flowers were too late, therefore for the purpose they were ordered,useless. That´s all.

Not what was expected at all!
I was not satisfied at all! The bouquet looked very poor although I ordered a middle-size one. A card was ordered with text on it but wasn't delivered.
I'm only satisfied with the speed of delivery( within 6 hours). First and last time!
I wish I could attach photos!

Was delivered to the wrong address
Flowers are fresh, bouquet is nicely made. But we were disappointed about the delivery itself. We were at home all day waiting for flowers, as it was intended for a present, but it was delivered to the next house and we knew at late evening only.

Flowers delivered not even close to those ordered
I ordered a big bunch of flowers that looked amazing on the pictures from the website, but the delivery was not even close to the small version of the bouquet. This is the second time that I order flowers and have them delivered in Schiedam and they look like something you can buy at Albert Heijn (just that at AH those flowers are 15 euros not 55). Probably the local florists are just not very decent people...
