Amazing items
Amazing items, very good quality and super soft fabric
The topsy team couldn’t have been more helpful. Asked if a T-shirt could be printed on a different coloured t shirt and the team were more than happy to help. Brought a couple of times now and will definitely be buying again in the future.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Im stuck with two shoddy not fit for purpose t shirts costing £24 each. Worst quality and fit i have ever come across!. They refused me a refund under their no returns policy with im sure can not be legal!.
These t shirt we not personalised or custom made for me at all, this company claim they buy in the tshirts printed and order on request!. In their tik tok videos you can clearly see stock of the t shirts already in their possesion. They yhen print them themselves!!!. NOT A CUSTOM DESIGN A DESIGN THEY HAVE CHOSEN therefore it is NOT A PERSONALISED ORDER!. Just despicable. They say once the t shirts have been printed they cant resell therefore cant offer returns!! This is untrue as the t shirts are not custom made they are off the shelf!!. Again on tik tok there are videos with ready printed tshirts in stock in their shop!!.
Also watch out as tik tok they only sell their dresses and leggings as these are returnable. They try to say its the turn around time they is too long for tik tok policy, however the real reason is they would then have to comply with tik toks return and guarentee policy!!!. CON ARTISTS!. BEWARE OF TOPSY CURVY!!. I will also be reporting to trading standards. I was treated appauling as a brand new customer they even tried to phone me to try to bully me over the phone. Im now stuck with two t shirts that are only fit for the bin!!!. STAY WELL CLEAR

I also added YES i ticked the box as at no point did the no returns say they applied to the items i was purchasing dont i assumed it wasnt applicable!
I TOLD YOU WELL BEFORE HAND I WAS RETURNING THE T SHIRTS ASWELL, NOT THE FIRST EMAIL BUT AFTER ONCE I HAD TRIED THEM ON YOU WERE AWARE!!.
At NO POINT DID YOU OFFER ME A CREDIT VOUCHER FOR THE TSHIRTS! JUST SAID THEY WOULD BE RETURNED BACK TO ME AFTER I HAD PAID TO RETURN THEM!.
SO THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!!!!
The refund on the hoodie is NOT "coming out of your pocket" as it can be sold on!.
I will also clear up when you say "all the t shirts" it was 2, 2 t shirts!. I stand by my statements that they are not fit for purpose.
Ive lost a chunk of money now in this economy i can not afford to do!.
Had you have offered the refund or credit note we wouldnt be here now on this review!.
I never leave reviews but i was so appauled by your service i had to warn others.

Hi Charlotte. We are very upset to read this review. You seem to be omitting some information on this review. You first contacted us on 27/10/2023 regarding your order of 2 Halloween specific hoodies. You told us that you ordered 2 sizes as you were unsure of which size to go for. You openly admit in your email that you did not read our T&CS which explains that all printed items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) are non-returnable as they are hand printed to order. This policy is written in each applicable product description on the website, in a banner across the main website landing page and you also ticked a box at the checkout to say you were aware of this policy. You would not have been able to proceed to the checkout unless you ticked this box. As a gesture of goodwill, as it was your first order with us, we offered to refund the hoodie. This money would be coming out of our own pockets. At no point in this first email did you mention not being happy with your t-shirts too. We received your returned order, which we then found that you had returned all of your printed t-shirts too. We had not agreed to accept the return of t-shirts. Our goodwill gesture applied to the return of the hoodie. You had not mentioned at any point in your email that you were unhappy with the t-shirts. We were only made aware of your dissatisfaction when we contacted you after receiving your return of the items. We actually offered you a credit voucher for the value of the t-shirts on 30/10/2023. It was only at this point that you told us that the t-shirts are "a bizarre fit, awful quality". Our t-shirts are high quality, premium organic cotton. We do not use cheap alternatives. We offer size charts on the website for customers to check before ordering so that they can get the perfect size for them. In relation to the t-shirts you see in the background of TikTok, you are correct in saying that we have stock of designs to hand. This is our shop stock, not website stock. We offer over 1000 designs to our customers, so they are actually hand printed to order. We regularly feature our in house printing system on our Tiktok lives so that customer can see the full process. We explain regularly to Tiktok that we cannot offer our printed range on there due to us not being able to dispatch in time in line with their policy. Our hand printed items have a 5 working day turnaround before dispatch. Tiktok require dispatch within 3 days. However if we did sell this range on Tiktok, the refund policy would still apply, they would be non returnable as per the website. I would like to outline also that you ordered Halloween specific designs which we would not be able to sell after. This also reinforces our policy of not refunding any hand printed items. It is to avoid being left with seasonal designs that cannot be resold. Our printed range that you bought from is not "custom printed" or "personalised" as you have stated. Our printed range is "made to order". Dated 30/10/2023 your response to us after explaining the policy was "i am very sorry about this. Had i fully understood what i was agreeing too i would not have agreed and purchased".You have admitted you are at fault. So we are unsure of why you are leaving such a terrible review which for a very small company, can be incredibly damaging. As a company who has spent the last 10 years trading, building up relationships with our customers, creating a community and involving our followers in every aspect of the business, we pride ourselves on our customer service so it is very upsetting to read your review. We rang you once just to try and explain the situation a little better as sometimes its hard to understand fully via emails or texts. We would never ever call a customer (or anyone) to bully them. We promote kindness at Topsy Curvy, bullying is just not us.
Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Tried to return an item but now they claim it was specially made for me and so will not refund. Am going to contact Citizen's Advice as I'm pretty sure this is against my consumer rights as per Consumer Contract Regs.
It was a bog standard, cheap TShirt that was in no way personalised for me. The fit was terrible, the decal was terrible and the TShirt was obviously a (cheap) man's.
Not letting this drop, I can't afford to lose money this way and there is a principle at stake here.
They CANNOT make terms and conditions that go against the Consumer Contract Regs
Please do not support them, they are a complete rip off

Hi Joanna, we are really sorry that you are not happy with your order. You are correct in saying that the T-shirt received is not a ladies fit. We do advertise our t-shirts as UNISEX, we do this as we pride ourselves on being able to offer gender-free plus-size clothing for all. This is listed on all printed items such as t-shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts. The garments that we use are organic, vegan-friendly premium cotton and are of a much higher quality compared to other printing companies. We also provide a size guide on the product with measurements and a conversion of ladies sizes to X/6XL. As per our T&Cs, all printed items are hand-printed to order and are non-returnable. This again is outlined in the product description and you also ticked a box at the checkout to confirm that you are aware of this policy. As a company that has been trading for over 10 years, we are aware that our policies are not breaching any kind of consumer rights and we have the policy listed in numerous places across the site for customers to make an informed decision before purchasing.

Just amazing I ordered an item which they thought they didn’t have the stock for and I was amazed to see they had what’sapp’d me to provide updated which I thought was awesome I was offered an alternative dress however they managed to find the print one for me I’ll order again.

Very poor quality goods
Very poor quality goods, despite the price.
Mail order but have to pay to return postage, and an admin fee to return the poor quality items.
Also refused refund on an item, they deemed as special order, which clearly wasn't.
Ladies clothes but actually they are all unisex cuts, so meaning they are awful fit for a ladies body. Which you would not expect for a company specialising in clothes for curvy lady

As an LGBT owned small business we pride ourselves on our inclusive range of clothing. The printed item that you ordered does come with an advisory note on the product listing explaining that it is non-returnable due to it being hand printed to order. This policy is outlined in our T&C's and you ticked a box at the checkout to confirm that you were aware of this. We are sorry that you missed this information. The garments that we use to print on are high quality organic cotton, probably the best that can be used. In regards to the returns costs, this is also outlined in our returns policy which is freely available for customers to view prior to ordering. We are a very small company with just 2 members of staff so paying for returns is sadly something that is not financially viable for us currently. We would hope that you reconsider your review.

Best plus size shop ever
Since finding Topsy I don't shop anywhere else. They sell good quality clothes at reasonable prices and always have a good discount code. There designs are original and fun not the same old boring stuff that other shops sell for plus size. The girls in the shop are lovely and friendly and will help in anyway they can. I will forever shop here for as long as I live.
