I cannot praise this shop enough. Unlike a lot plus size stores that sell plain, boring and granny clothes. Topsy Curvy don’t. Their styles are cool, modern and young. Since I discovered this shop I’ve started wearing dresses. I hate using the word ‘flattering’ but their dresses really are. They fit well without clinging to awkward lumps and bumps. I’m always asked where I get my outfits from. Absolutely loving the new Nadia range currently. If I could give this shop fifteen stars I would. They are brilliant!!!

I love these girls and I love the shop. I found them on TT and I adore their confidence, their clothing and their help with any issue I have had.

Excellent clothes that fit well and arrived quickly. Very good quality of material not cheap stretchy nylon type.

Quick delivery and tshirt was of excellent quality bought a couple of tops off u and will defo be buying more for the upcoming nicer weather.

I've ordered from topsy curvy a few times now, the clothes come quickly, very pleased with them, I love them. I've also spoke to Jo and nat via email a couple of times, they are lovely and very helpful

Love these clothes, funky clothing in big sizes, modelled on true plus-size people, not glossy models. Excellent and will be buying again!

Delivery was quite quick and the product was good quality

Unbelievably bad treatment of people... I had ordered goods worth almost 130 euros and although it was displayed at checkout, please request shipping by mail. But when you complete the purchase, the system shows that will be charged and next to the information it says "free" in bold letters. After I paid immediately via Paypal and waited 2 weeks for the goods, I sent an email to the contact address given via "Outlook". To be on the safe side, I sent a mail to the address via "Contact" after 2 more days without any response. Again, no response. Then I reported a problem via PayPal with the request for information and sending of the goods. I finally received an answer very quickly. It said that I had not yet paid for shipping. I definitely did not receive any mail on the subject, not even in spam. So this important mail was sent again by the seller and arrived without any problems. After I immediately paid the high amount (I live in Germany and know this from other companies differently in the UK, but it's ok), the seller demanded that I delete the conflict from Paypal. I then asked for understanding that if I deleted it, I would no longer be able to create a reversal if problems arose. Because of this, the seller insinuated that I was a fraud?! and cancelled the entire order. He insinuated that I had not sent any mails before PayPal, I forwarded them to him (and heard nothing more afterwards, contact broke off completely, I can only assume that it was noticed that the mistake was with the seller, but then you just stand by it). I must honestly say that this is all very strange and not fair treatment to call a buyer a fraud. I do not recommend ordering from this shop.

OK, so
1. as we have exchanged in detail by mail, I have never received a mail with information from you (by the way, not even on demand to 2 store addresses, only then I wrote to you after 3 weeks via PayPal that I would like the goods and need an info (it went no other way to finally get an info), at no time I wrote anything that I want to withdraw from the purchase.
2. when it was clear that shipping is still missing, I have the amount demanded by you immediately transmitted via PayPal -> then came from you, I must first put everything on resolved at PayPal before you send me the goods -> I promised that with a request for understanding for the distance (UK to Germany) for after receipt of the goods (with the high sum I did not want to take any risk).
3. on this request I got a mail that I would be a scammer and that now the full amount of the order and the shipping costs are now given back, which you then did.
The 2! Mails I have sent BEFORE PayPal, I then forwarded to you because I was so shocked and then no reaction received -> I assume you have found them afterwards.
4. it has clarified here that my husband has noticed all this and wanted to surprise me for Christmas with two of the clothes, he has ordered normally in the store (of course we have the same address, but Angela and Oliver should not be difficult to understand) and without further info or demand his payment via PayPal was also given back?! I knew nothing about it, I was actually meanwhile every cent too much for your company -> after I now see here how the facts are twisted and misrepresented all the more.

I'm not going to invest any more effort here, I have nothing to reproach myself for and everything was as described. Thank you.

Shocking returns process. I was happy with the first order I got from them and ordered 3 more items. 2 arrived and 1 item was to follow. The hoodie which came had ridiculously long arms, but I waited for the second part of my order to arrive to ensure it was OK, so I could send both back if necessary. When the trousers hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I got in touch by email and had no response. A few days later I sent a message by web chat, to be told the trousers could be refunded as they were still held up, and it was fine to return the hoodie, which I did at my own expense. Then I get an email asking me how I would like the hoodie returned to me because it was sent back after their 14 day return period!!!

I purchased a green pocket slouch midi dress for £16 in a size 18 and I was delighted with it. I wore it once, got several compliments, recommended Topsycurvy to others and then washed the dress. Meanwhile I purchased a similar dress in wine. I was so disappointed when it arrived yesterday as far from being midi it came about 2cm below my knee, I’m 5ft7”. I was to be even more disappointed to find the green dress which had been very carefully washed had shrunk about 2ins although it’s still longer than the new wine one. Having read Topsycurve’s returns policy it’s not worth my while sending either dress back ie new one or only worn once one. I’ve just put this down to a learning curve never to shop again from Topsycurve and will certainly be retracting any recommendations I made to others.

I've made many orders with topsy curvy before, but this was the first time I'd ever used the collect from store option. Which I think is a really great option to give. Be advised though if you collect from store, you are gonna buy more stuff, the clothes just call to you, the girls at topsy curvy give you the best deals and the best advice. You come out of the store feeling like a million dollars and it gives you that confidence boost you need.
