I'm a big fan of Touchnote and often, when I've met up with friends and we've taken pictures, I will send them a postcard of our time together afterwards to say how lovely it was. So many of them will message me to say how much they love the card and it means they have a physical, tangible photograph that they can pin up or frame. We don't do that enough now.

Well I have to hand it to the Customer Service Team at TouchNote Peter , Jordan and Margen, they left no stone unturned to find out why an Issue I had with my postcards that were never sent . They collectively decided to resend them and the postcards have arrived.

A lifeline for elderly family
I have been using Touch Notes to keep in touch with my elderly mother in Spain for many years. I can send her post cards and greetings cards to share family photos and experiences as well as celebration cards. My mother looks forward to her post. It has been her lifeline.
