Easy and fun!
I enjoy using TouchNote. It’s easy to send postcards and greeting cards and it’s fun to send a card with a picture I took. I use it when we go on vacation to share our experiences and keep in touch.

I’ve been using TouchNote for years
I’ve been using TouchNote for years, sending photos to friends all over. When visiting I get a kick seeing them on their refridges or around their homes. For me that’s a real treat.

Great service, some limitations
Overall, I appreciate Touchnote as a way to connect with friends around the world. They arrive generally in 1-2 weeks, good quality products/printing. I wish it were possible to send cards to more countries, but local mail delivery services prevail and may not be available in the developing world. I wish it were a bit easier to sort “sent” cards to see prior cards to specific people rather than needing to scroll through “all sent” cards.

App makes it difficult to do two things. Rotate photos between landscape and portrait, and to pay using credits instead of a subscription. Both problems are VERY annoying.

I have used Touchnote for a few years…
I have used Touchnote fir a few years niw and Im always pleased with the service recievrd. Their customer service has always been good with quick responses to questions and problems. Not that there's been many.
They are continually updating their service and finding new ways to ensure value for money.
The cards are of good quality and I know my recipients love getting cards

Wouldn’t Trust for Special Occasions
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using TouchNote. I ordered a personalised postcard for Valentine’s Day to be sent to my boyfriend, but it still hasn’t arrived. It completely ruined the moment.
Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and I ordered in good time expecting it to arrive as promised. These cards aren’t just pieces of paper - they’re thoughtful gestures meant to make someone feel loved. When it doesn’t arrive on time (or at all), the whole purpose is lost.
I understand that delays can happen, but reliability is crucial when customers are paying for personalised cards for important dates. Sadly, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend using this service for special occasions.

Once orders are passed to Royal Mail for delivery, we don't have access to tracking information for individual cards, which unfortunately means we’re not able to monitor their progress on the rare occasion that cards go astray. We know that lack of visibility can add to the frustration when something doesn’t arrive as expected.
Missing an important date or a special occasion is never the experience we want anyone to have, and we’re genuinely sorry this was yours.

Sent a card which for some reason arrived without the message. I contacted customer support and they were quick to rectify the issue and send out the card with the gift again. Brilliant service. Will continue to use for all my postcard needs. ❤️

UNRELIABLE. CARD missed the birthday
I created a birthday card on Thurs 5th Feb. Birthday was the 12th. I was told the card would be shipped on Mon 9th and would take 1-3 working days. That means at the very latest it would arrive on my friend's birthday. But it didn't arrive. I am upset that my friend thought I had forgotten her birthday, and she didn't get to experience the joy or pleasure of opening a birthday card on the day. TouchNote is almost cruel, in its failure to deliver as promised. They offered to send another card (which will arrive even later) free of charge as if that would somehow make up for all that sadness and disappointment.
