I'm a big fan of Touchnote and often, when I've met up with friends and we've taken pictures, I will send them a postcard of our time together afterwards to say how lovely it was. So many of them will... See more

Had a small issue with my first order, I contacted customer service and they reprinted and shipped my card again at no charge, which arrived very quickly this time around! Excellent service. Will definitely be ordering more!

Many years ago a friend sent me a Touchnote with a picture of the two of us, I was captivated immediately.
I now send them to friends and family and I try to send when they would not be expecting one and it’s the best feeling to hear them describe how excited and pleased they were to receive one.

I have used TouchNote for a long, long time; keeping in touch with people whether from home or abroad. I use my own photos and results are always good. I have found that if I lighten my pictures a bit, print results are best. The cost of each card including postage is very reasonable. People are always pleased to receive my cards, whether they are in UK, Europe, India, Australia or USA

TouchNote provided me excellent customer service when a mistaken charge had been made to my account. The representative looked into it immediately and resolved the issue perfectly I very much appreciate the excellent service I received.

I couldn't manage without Touchnote. It is so useful when on holiday to send personalised postcards without needing to buy one or stamp it! It's also great for including a card with presents such as gift cards or tickets for things as you can give a present with the card showing what the giftcard is for. I wouldn't be without plenty of credits in my account so I can use Touchnote whenever I want to, it's so easy!

I really enjoy creating and sending postcards and we know our recipients love to get them!!
Quite pricey though.

I LOVE TOUCH NOTE. I use this all the time, especially handy when you have forgotten to write a birthday thank you note. Just add a photo of you and the recipient, no matter where in the world they are (I think) the card gets to them so quickly and it is such a lovely keep sake. I just have to remember to actually write the card!! The other useful way I use Touch Note is on holiday, sending loved ones and family an actual picture of you on holiday with the beautiful scenery in the background. Its timeless, its unique and its cost effective. Try it you wont ever be disappointed.

I had overlooked a sign up to a yearly subscription & was shocked when I saw a payment out of my bank account that I hadn’t accounted for & unfortunately currently could not afford.
I contacted the customer service team. Mercy was fabulous offering me a discount if that would help but equally happy to cancel the subscription & refund the full payment if finances were an issue.
Excellent customer service & I really do appreciate dealing with a company that treats you as a human who can sometimes suffer with brain fog.
Thankyou

I used the service primarily to send postcards to my mum. When she passed away, I found I was not using the service enough to justify the cost (I am a pensioner) so cancelled using the next renewal email.
When I received a renewal email this year, I realised that my cancellation had been ignored.
Even though I have not used the service and explained why I had cancelled, I received an upsettingly dismissive reply. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.

I originally only gave 1 star as we had not received . Agent did get back to me and followed up on with us. The cards did arrive, in good condition ( about 16 days)
(Original) iI’m very disappointed. I was going to buy the year membership but decided to first try a single card to each of my grandchildren ( same address). Neither of the cards have arrived.

I bought TouchNote membership to stay in touch with travelling family. It has been such a lovely way to say “hello, we are thinking of you”.
Now that we are travelling ourselves it is an invaluable way to connect with something physical. Who doesn’t love getting good news post!
I would highly recommend for worldwide or just local little hugs in the post.

Great service. Helps you express your thoughtfulness in concrete steps. There is quite some delight when the recipient sends you a thank you note and picture of the card you crafted online. Very responsive customer support team as well.

Ordered a personalised post card with pictures from my latest trip to give to a close friend before they leave for Australia. Card failed to turn up within a week and missed the opportunity to give it to my friend. Extremely disappointed and will never use this company ever again.

I love Touchnote's flexibility - if you realise you've made a mistake in your order once you've placed it, you can correct it if you do it within 30 minutes!

Excellent way to send cards, at home and from holiday.

Great quality postcards with lots of options for stickers and frames

The service is convenient. The length of time to receive cards is well over two weeks. Cards get lost, and to get a replacement it takes another couple of weeks so now a birthday card is a month late at best. If you try to cancel the membership, there is no phone number to speak to anyone. You have to email them, and you get an automatic response that says it can take up to forty eight hours for an actual response. The convenience does not outweigh the cons in any way. I have had this for five years and the yearly plan used to be so cheap. Now it’s $111. Card packs are more expensive. It’s simply not worth it anymore.

My family and friends love receiving postcards from our trips. Its so much easier than sourcing a postcard, then stamps and a postbox to send it!! Great app.
I also use the cards when Ive left sending a birthday or anniversary card a bit late as i live in Australia and friends and family are in the UK.
