I love using this app and started when it came out years ago. It is great to send cards or postcards to family and friends. It was helpful during Covid too! Everyone seems to love their cards. My son and boyfriend have their birthdays back to back so I just sent their cards this month. They loved them.

What country is TouchNote located in? If I don’t order my cards at least 30 days in advance they are several weeks late. I like the quality of the postcards but am very disappointed with their punctuality. After placing my orders it very frequently can take over seven days or more to show they are ready to be mailed out.

This is a great way to share special memories. I have been using Touchnote for years and I think it’s brilliant! Simple to create and send all over the world.

I left Touch note last year after a series of postcard layouts were not printed correctly and the issue could not be fixed. I got fed up and left. It is working again now so I guess the App was finally fixed. I may continue to use it

I have never found the TouchNote app easy to use.
So in recent times I only use it occasionally.
I do however think the options for different greeting cards & postcards is very good.
Plus the cards I have designed have always been very attractive with plenty of creative options.
Unfortunately this time the difficulties using the app resulted in me ordering & paying for the same card twice.
I did not realise this had happened until I saw it listed on my credit card.
Would appreciate this being rectified if possible.
I believe the mistake may have occurred when I chose to have the card delivered to my address.
However I have always done this in the past without any trouble!
Regards,
Wendy McEvoy

When you live 6000 miles away from family it's important to have a reliable way to send birthday cards and just share every day pictures with grandchildren and aged parents using postcards that they look forward to receiving.

It’s great, easy to use and lovely to receive.
The only downside is the up-selling

Always easy to use and perfect to customise any card/postcard.

I first heard of TouchNote when my sister sent me a greeting card. It was a genuinely lovely surprise, partly because it was thoughtful, and partly because… who sends cards anymore?
Well. I do now.
My mum is in a care home at the moment, and the usual Christmas and thank-you cards had become a minor ordeal. Writing them was frustrating for her, and we ended up with Mum dictating her messages while I did the scribbling, then finishing off with her name in something approaching a signature. It worked, but it wasn’t exactly joyful.
Then I suddenly remembered TouchNote.
Now I can send cards on the spur of the moment. Mum and I sit together and scroll through photos until we find the right one for the sentiment. She dictates the message, I add the address, and then — whoosh — the card is off, like a small, cheerful messenger.
Recently I wanted to thank my sister in England for a very thoughtful present for Mum: a CD player. Mum was delighted. I even got her to pose “dancing” to the music (she loved it), snapped a photo, and used it for the card. That same day, while eating dinner here in Germany, I sent it off. The next day my sister received it.
Honestly: brilliant.
I’m going to start using TouchNote as a monthly reminder of the memories Mum and I are making — little milestones of progress, small triumphs, and the everyday tidbits that somehow matter most. Then I can send the month’s card in a batch to family members so they feel closer, and properly up to date.
Yes, I could send emails.
But emails don’t look nearly as good stuck to the fridge door.

I just love this app, perfect for dropping a note of thanks after a wicked weekend away with friends, or dropping a line of thanks for kids gifts, or sometimes just a note to say hi to say I’m thinking of you.

Honestly, I love the actually service for the most part. What has me totally undone is the fact that I somehow ended up on Autorenew and was charged almost DOUBLE my first year's rate back in April as an autorenew. When I noticed, they refused to give me a refund, even though they regularly offer "come back" or lower renewal deals. They charged me something crazy like $315 for 12 cards a month, that's 144 cards, so well over $2 each AND THEY EXPIRE if I don't use them all "in time," which seems like it's nebulously defined anyway. I have NO idea how many cards I've forfeited by not using them fast enough. When I argued with them, they told me it was "policy" to not give me a refund. Finally, they offered me an even worse price per card deal, like $99 for 3 cards a month or some such, so I kept the current plan but DEFINITELY cancelled the autorenew and will think twice when this year expires about staying with them. They really don't seem to cater to their target demographic - busy moms. OR, nefariously, maybe they do? Severely disappointed in how my problem was handled and how they seem to be a money grubbing company. You can offer good service and good customer service and still make money! I'm all about a win/win, but this just felt super icky and like all they care about is making a few bucks.

What a lovely way to say hi to people in our family. Great service and who’s doesn’t love snail mail?

I like writing thank you notes on Touchnote with an immediate photo of the event, to reinforce the specialness of the event, eg-Christmas, birthday, etc.
