No Track and Trace
The delivery of an item from Toys 'r Us was less than perfect, because we didn't receive the Track and Trace email. As a result, we were worried that the item might not arrive in time for our grandchild's birthday. I call the transport company to find out about it, and then an email arrived that told us that the item had reached the destination.
