Easy Living
Toy'r'us is a super toy store. My three grandchildren live in Denmark and it is so easy to find their favorite toys. Buying the gifts through Toy r us make gift giving so easy. I pick out the toys I want to give for birthday or christmas, pay and toy r us will wrap and ship fast to my excited grandchildren.

Quick and reliable delivery
I ordered two Lego Duplo items on a Saturday, and they were shipped on a Sunday, and ready for pick-up by Tuesday. Just in time for my son's birthday. Fast, reliable service!

Very difficult to contact customer services by phone, and it is stressful experience.
And some of staff in fields branch is horrible language they have.

Very bad service levels, did not expect this from Toys R us
I have purchased via internet on 23-Nov-2013 and have not yet (02-Dec-2013) received the items till date, followed up last week and I was told by one of the customer service representative that she will call back but never called back. I had to call today again and the status still the same. Very bad service and is disappointing. Next time I will have to think twice before buying in Toys R us.
