Worst webshop experience ever!!!!
I have ordered a gift for my niece on 12th of December and got a confirm. So I was waiting the package, I was quite patient, even though it said on the website 2-3 working days. I just hoped it would come before the 19th, as I was leaving for Holiday at that day. The 18th evening I decided to call and ask when I will get my package. And the lady says I will not get the item!!! One night before vacation! When I ordered from the shop it said that item is in stock and I haven't got any notification that it's a mistake! I would of waited long more! It even said on the system ''Din ordre er på vej til dig'' and ''Din ordre er nu blevet behandlet

They now raised the price of the item by 200ddk and are selling only in shops! Slap in a face!! They do not care about their customers at all they only care how to earn more money!
