They change prices once you've paid
Well I ordered a figure from Toy trash and paid full price. After a number of messages asking when I would receive it I finally got response saying they're still waiting for it AND that I should expect to pay even more as the wholesale prices have gone up. This is false advertising and how they expect us to wait and see how much they're going to add on in ridiculous. I cancelled my order and advised they should make this clear on they're site only to be sent sarcastic message about not needing my business advice. Will never use again shocking and kind of illegal practices here. AVOID

Be carful of the supposed good price for pre orders!
Was undercutting everyone else, so put my deposit down on a toy for a pre order, then I was asked to pay the full balance which I did, to which I was then told the price had also gone up and I would have to pay more, so now totally in line with everyone else, nice tactic to get pre orders in but I think it’s a poor way to go about business

Sorry to hear your experience was not what you expected. When the item you ordered, the Mezco One:12 Predator, was initially listed over a year ago, the price we offered was based on the locked in order of the wholesale price offered to us by our supplier. Once the item was finally released in December our supplier had raised their prices without warning due to the spiralling rise in inflation, which in turn forced us to unfortunately do the same.
As mentioned in the email sent to you and others who ordered the same item, we wholeheartedly apologise for this unforseen circumstance and would have been more than happy to provide you a full refund should you have requested one.
I am truly sorry you felt let by your experience with us and we will do our best to ensure we manage expectations better in the future.

Where is my order
I have ordered a super7 item and I have messaged a few times to find out when it would be delivered. I haven't had 1 message from them to find out when or if it is even getting delivered. I won't be using them again.

No customer service and product came in broken
I send toytrash.uk about 4 emails regarding my order and I got 0 replys after 1 Month. But the worst part is, that my figure came in broken. The ankle is broken right out of the package. Really disappointing
