Store owner was very helpful! Offered to ship to UPS/DPD collection point, which wasn't available in regular checkout. The Gundam Plastic models arrived in perfect condition with bubble wrap, and in the perfect sized box. Pricing was the same or lower than competing sites.
I ordered 8 in total, and got all 8. Toy trash were very good at communicating through Facebook.
Website was easy to use and navigate, although a dedicated Gundam category would be great as opposed to `Bandai`

Complete Satisfaction 10/10.
Bought a model kit from this store and loved it! The service in particular was great as the product got delivered on time.
Moreover, they have a wonderful customer service presence on Instagram when I has a query.

Only ordered from here once. Item was supposed to arrive. Contacted Toy trash who claimed their supplier had items stolen in a break in and would be receiving more in December (back in 2020). Asked for a full refund instead via email and no reply after answering question. Ordered via PayPal however so eventually got a full refund. Skeptical about the legitimacy of the company.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused with your order. We always strive to offer the best service possible, however our hands are often tied by our suppliers. On this occasion the supplier, Diamond Comics Distributors, did indeed suffer a break in, which a quick Google search will confirm, and left them unable to fulfil our order.
We believe the situation could have been handled better and as such have implemented new procedures to ensure a situation like this doesn't occur again and would welcome an opportunity to assist you with your collecting needs in the future

I've been using ToyTrash since they started trading a few years ago and have been consistently impressed with their level of service. Communication is great, orders are sent promptly (and wrapped with the greatest of care), and any issues - which are rare - are dealt with swiftly and competently. Kam (who runs the company) is a lovely, incredibly knowledgeable chap who and is always on hand to offer advice and help when asked.
