First time using toy trash, ordered two of the neca universal monsters figures as part of their summer sale. Very well priced both on items and postage,
Items arrived in mint condition in a nice big box all well wrapped and nicely protected, I would definitely recommend using this site if you ever come across it! I’ll be using again for sure.

Top notch service
Top notch service. I purchased the Elvira Neca figure from 365 Games, it was delayed by a fortnight, then dispatched, courier had it then lost it then I was refunded. Ordered it again from Trash Toys and had it delivered within two days packed beautifully. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Ironic that the company tagline is…
Ironic that the company tagline is "taking the trash out of buying toys"...
Received a figure with paint chips, emailed the seller on the same day it was received and asked to return the unopened item for an exchange.
The seller asked for photo evidence and when I replied, responded by flat out refusing to exchange the item.
This contradicts both the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the consumer rights act 2015.
An officious seller who loves to quote his companies T and C's at you as if they somehow supersede the law.
Ended up having to do a charge back with my credit card company in order to receive a full refund.
Needless to say I won't ever be shopping with Toy TRASH again.
*Update in response to sellers reply:
I started the charge back with my bank on the same day that you refused to agree an exchange. After the chargeback process had already begun; I eventually received an email from you stating that you had changed your mind and would agree an exchange - but would not be prepared to cover the cost of the return postage.
I provided all of our communication to my bank, who decided to settle in my favour.
Your disingenuous reply to my review failed to mention that you initially refused to agree an exchange, and only relented after I had started a chargeback with my bank, and threatened to pursue the matter via the small claims court. You also neglected to mention that you were not prepared to cover the cost of the return postage (for a defective item).
You also tried to have my Trustpilot review flagged and removed as "offensive or illegal".
Any collectors reading this exchange can now be made aware of the kind of seller they will be dealing with when shopping with Toy TRASH.
That the purchase of a frivolous toy can result in this much stress and end with Toy TRASH threatening to take the customer to court...
How utterly absurd!

We strive to provide the best service possible to all our customers and had offered you a full refund on return of the product after speaking with you regarding your issue. However, It became clear that your intention was to keep the item whilst also receiving your money back, so rather than return the item as discussed, you instead opened a case through PayPal. We responded providing evidence that you had indeed been offered a refund upon return of the item. Fearing you would not get your way, you then decided to contact your bank and request a chargeback, which you ultimately received.
We have still not had the product returned to us and as such have decided to seek compensation against you via small claims court.

We try our best to satisfy all our customers needs, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, however, we cannot satisfy the needs of someone who is abusing a system to obtain a product for free.
If you were indeed only wanting a refund, which you now have, why has the item still not been returned to us?
To address your other points: the PayPal case and subsequent chargeback request was only initiated on 10/6/22 with our response stating we would indeed provide a refund sent to you on 10/5/22.
This review has been left with the sole purpose to try and cause harm to our business, which is what you stated you would try to achieve in your email to us along with threatening court action, which is the reason it was flagged.
We will continue to provide the best possible service to all our genuine customers who we have had the pleasure of assisting since our business launched.
